30-Day Coverage
Warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Keep your receipt or transaction record as proof.
Hardware Failure Protection
Covers any hardware failure that occurs within the warranty period. Does not cover physical damage or misuse.
Repair or Replacement
Tyler's Tech will repair the computer or replace it with a similar or better system at no additional cost to you.
Full Refund Guarantee
If no comparable replacement system is available, you will receive a FULL REFUND — no questions asked. We believe in making things right.

Tyler's Tech will dispose of them for FREE using appropriate recycling practices. We also BUY depending on specifications. Looking for an upgrade? We give trade-in value. Give us a call!

Are you an organization or business upgrading or recycling computers?

Don't throw them away! Tyler's Tech will PAY you and collect ALL computers or laptops from you all at once, regardless of quantity. We handle transportation and pay CASH.

What does Tyler's Tech do with my recycled computer?

Data Destruction

Our number one priority is making sure your data is safe. All data is wiped clean seven times using software. Customers can request that hard drives be physically destroyed.

Refurbishing

If a system is working and able to be re-used, Tyler's Tech goes through a careful refurbishment process that involves system functional hardware tests and appropriate replacement parts/upgrades. The computer is given a second life.

Saved from Landfill

The refurbished computer will then be resold locally. If a computer is not salvageable, we will scrap the metal and plastic accordingly to be properly recycled. Tyler's Tech has saved over 30 METRIC TONS of E-waste from entering landfills, and counting.

Yes — every single item. Before we list anything, we power it on, run diagnostics or stress tests (depending on the item), check all ports and connections, and note any cosmetic issues. We want you to know exactly what you're getting.

Yes! Any item not listed as "as-is" comes with a 30-day hardware warranty from the date of purchase. If a hardware failure occurs within that window, we'll repair it or replace it with a similar or better system. If no replacement is available, you get a full refund. We deliver! Orders $350 and above get free delivery anywhere in the greater Seattle area. We also offer free drops to UW Campus and Northgate Station on any order. Reasonable offers are always welcome. We price our items fairly from the start, but we understand everyone's looking for a deal. Message us with an offer and we'll let you know. Lowball offers will be politely declined.
